Trail Days for Fall/Winter 2017/2018

October 21, 2017 at 9:35 am

It’s a new dig season and it’s time to get crackin’! Due to a variety of issues, I was unable to make the impact on Grasshopper that I was hoping for last year. Expect this year to be different. I have a schedule of trail workdays for weekends and I will endeavor to make it out during the week as often as I can. Contact me directly for more info on weekday trail days (early day).

My goal for this year is to reconnect the Lewis Brother’s Rhythm Method jumpline half way down (which has been disconnected since 2016) and to build out the lower-middle-third of the trail which currently is single track that is not in the style of the upper trail. Expect more jumps built this year than any year past. They will start low and get gradually taller and more boosty in successive years. This means we should get more done this year. It should be fun to see and be a part of. Come out! Come out! Please. Friends. Trailbuilders. Big jump and or flow enthusiasts come out and help. We’ve got a lot of dirt to move.Hey, I chose gardening at the category here, because well, we are growing things. Only in this case it’s big jumps and flowy trail.

Expect more info in the next few weeks. Thanks!
